Rules of Valdora
It is important to highlight that the following rules apply exclusively within the confines of the game and will not be applied beyond its boundaries.
1. Names:
a) Invalid Name Format
-Names that include incomplete sentences, random letter combinations, or nonsensical words. Guild names are excluded.
Punishment: Forced name change with potential banishment and account penalties for repeated violations.
b) Offensive Name
-Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
-Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
d) Name Supporting Rule Violation
-Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Valdora rules.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name.
2. Statements:
a) Spamming
-Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
b) Offensive Statement
-Insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Off-Topic Public Statement
-Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
d) Disclosing Personal Data of Others
-Disclosing personal data of other people only within the server.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
e) Advertising
-Advertising brands, products, another servers or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money. This rule also applies to sending links containing other advertisements. Advertising not related to the purpose of the channel are also included here.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
f) Hostile towards us
-The dissemination of false information is prohibited, as well as initiating propaganda about the server or engaging in any activities that could harm its reputation or contribute to a decrease in the player population.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
g) Hostile towards other players
-Killing players without reason or abusing the power on the server forcing other players to do things under threat of punishment with the intention to cause harm to the server's population or to the game in general.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
h) Destructive Bahaviour
-Writting false informations about the server at public channels, convincing other players to leave from the server.
-The use of low-level or alternate characters ("noob chars") in fights between guilds with the intention of blocking, baiting, or unknowingly gaining frags is not allowed.
-The definition of a "noob char" is determined solely at the discretion of the server staff.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
i) Threatening staff support
-Threatening, insulting, blackmailing somebody who belongs to staff support is punishable.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
3. Cheating:
a) Using Unofficial Software to Play
Using unauthorized software or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- PvE assistance bots (e.g., auto e-ring, auto-healing, auto-sio):
• 1st ban: 4-days
• 2nd ban: 8-days
• 3rd and subsequent ban: 30-days
- PvP-related bots (e.g., anti paralyze scripts, anti-push, auto-ssa, etc.):
• 1st ban: 7-days
• 2nd and subsequent ban: 30-days
- Cavebotting / Fully AFK botting:
• 1st ban: 7-days
• 2nd ban: permanent
Note: Using the built-in mana trainer for rune making or skill training is allowed.
Pretending to use cheats to mislead or provoke other players will also be treated as a violation.
The administration reserves the right to determine the final punishment for any offense, depending on its context and severity.
b) Bug Abuse
-Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of our services.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Multi Clienting
-Playing more than 3 characters per person.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
4. Trading:
a) Game Items Trading
-Trading or attempting to trade items including gold in any of the Valdora worlds for real money or products of third parties is prohibited.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
b) Account Trading
-Offering account data to other players, accepting other players account data. (Only auctions on the website are allowed)
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Trading Points
-Trading or attempting to trade Valdora Points for real money or outside of Valdora's official services is prohibited.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
d) Other Trading
-Trading or attempting to trade the rest of the various services or things for real money or for currency from outside the server.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
5. Reports:
a) False positive reports
-You may not making false positive and ingame questions in the rule violation channel(ctrl+r).
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
6. Blocking:
a) Intentional blocking
-Blocking spawns, NPCs or creating unnecessary obstructions using low-level characters for malicious purposes. Exceptions include strategic actions during guild wars ("defense").
Punishment: Temporary or permanent banishment, depending on the severity.
7. Other Abuses:
a) Hacking
-Stealing other players account or personal data.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
